This position reports to the SVP Sales and is designed to support and upsell our rapidly growing customer base.
The Account Manager will work closely with Client Success Manager and other Numerated team members to proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis, as well as explore, present and close upsell opportunities.
The Account Manager will be expected to take a proactive, service-based approach to managing our clients. The role requires strong interpersonal, account management and sales skills. The ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment is essential. Knowledge of the banking industry is strongly preferred. Additionally, experience with Hubspot.com would make for an ideal candidate.
Occasional travel (approximately 20 - 30%) may be required for participation in trade events and partner user conferences.
Bachelors Degree, Associates Degree, or equivalent years of experience.
Minimum of five years Account Management experience to the Financial Services (preferably Banking) industry
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
Highly motivated, energetic, goal oriented individual with superior communication skills, interpersonal skills, and enjoys a very active work environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working in banking or fintech is a plus.
Must be proficient using a CRM system (preferably HubSpot).
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
Must be willing and able to travel as required (approximately 20 - 30%).
