How to Request Access for a New Help Center User

 

Types of Help Center Users

  • Help Center Support User: this user is able to open support cases on behalf of the bank.  The user also has access to the knowledge articles.
  • Help Center Knowledge User: this user is able to view knowledge articles.

How to Request Access

  1. Ask the Support Administrator at the financial institution to open a Help Center case with the first name, last name, and email address of the user who needs access. Please specify if the user needs to be able to open support cases, view knowledge articles, or both.
  2. Email support@numerated.com and include the first name, last name, and email address of the user who needs access. Please specify if the user needs to be able to open support cases, view knowledge articles, or both.
  3. Contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.

How to Search for Articles

Step 1: On the Help Center homepage, navigate to the search icon in the top navigation bar.
