Service.

This website, www.numerated.com (the Website), is owned and operated by Numerated Growth Technologies, Inc. (Numerated).  The Website, the Content available at the Website and any services provided at the Website are collectively referred to as the Service.

Acceptance.

The following policy (Privacy Policy) explains how Numerated collects, uses and disseminates personal data and other information obtained from or about you when you access or use the Website and other aspects of our Service.  Remember that your use of the Website and other aspects of the Service are at all times subject to the Terms of Use www.numerated.com/terms.  Capitalized terms used herein without definition will have the same meanings as defined in the Terms of Use.

BY USING OR ACCESSING THE WEBSITE OR OTHER ASPECT OF THE SERVICE IN ANY MANNER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ACCEPT THE PRACTICES AND POLICIES OUTLINED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that you provide to Numerated, or that Numerated collects, through means other than the Service.  For example, if you provide information to Numerated offline then that information is not subject to this Privacy Policy.  However, that information may be subject to another binding agreement between you and Numerated.

Collection and Use of Information.

Information You Provide to Numerated

The Service does not require you to disclose any personal data to Numerated.  However, you may decide to voluntarily provide personal data to Numerated through the Website.  Numerated may communicate with you if you've provided the necessary information. For example, if you've provided your email address, Numerated may send you informational emails.  If you do not want to receive communications from Numerated, please indicate your preference by sending an email to info@numerated.com.

Numerated may use your personal data to develop aggregate analytics, in combination with other personal data, so long as your identity is not disclosed.

Information Collected Automatically

Whenever you interact with the Service, Numerated automatically receives and records information on its server logs from your browser or device, which may include your IP address, "cookie" information, the type of browser and/or device you're using to access the Website and identification of the page or feature you requested.  Cookies are identifiers that Numerated transfers to your browser or device, which allow us to recognize your browser or device and tell us how and when pages and features in the Service are visited and by how many people.  You may be able to change the preferences on your browser or device to prevent or limit acceptance of cookies, but this may prevent you from taking advantage of some features of the Service.

Also, if you click on a link to a third-party website or service, a third party may also transmit cookies to you.  This Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies by third parties, and Numerated is not responsible for their privacy policies and practices.  Please be aware that cookies placed by third parties may continue to track your online activities even after you have left the Website, and those third parties may not honor "Do Not Track" requests you have set using your browser or device.

Numerated may use this traffic data to help diagnose problems with its web servers, to administer the Service, to analyze user trends and behaviors and to improve the Service.  For example, Numerated can use this data to determine how often a particular feature of the Website is used and that knowledge could be used to make the Website more useful or interesting to as many users as possible.

Sharing of Personal Data.

Numerated will not share personal data in personally identifiable form with any third party for commercial purposes.  Numerated will not intentionally edit, delete or disclose your personal data unless (1) reasonably necessary to provide the Service, (2) directed or authorized by you, (3) otherwise permitted under the Privacy Policy or (4) Numerated is required to do so by law or regulation, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary (i) to conform or comply with any legal, regulatory, law enforcement or similar requirement or investigation, (ii) to protect or defend the rights or property of Numerated or any other user or (iii) to enforce the Terms of Use.

Numerated may de-identify your personal data so that you are not identifiable as an individual and share such de-identified personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.  Numerated may also share aggregate usage information with third parties (or allow third parties to collect that aggregate usage information from you), who may use such information to understand how often and in what ways people use the Service.  However, Numerated will never share aggregate usage or de-identified information to third parties (or allow third parties to collect such information) in a manner that would identify you as an individual person.

In addition, Numerated may transfer traffic data and personal data (and associated analytics) to any successor to all or substantially all of its business or assets that concerns the Service.  In the event of any such transfer, the successor will have all of the rights and be subject to all of the obligations of this Privacy Policy, including, without limitation, the right to modify or replace this Privacy Policy, as provided herein.

Numerated may deliver a file to you through the Services (known as a “web beacon”) from an ad network.  Web beacons allow ad networks to provide anonymized, aggregated auditing, research and reporting for Numerated and for Advertisers.  Web beacons also enable ad networks to serve targeted advertisements to you when you visit other websites. Because your web browser must request these advertisements and web beacons from the ad network’s servers, these companies can view, edit or set their own cookies, just as if you had requested a web page from their site.  You may be able to opt-out of web beacon tracking conducted by third parties through Numerated’s Service by adjusting the Do Not Track settings on your browser. However, please note that Numerated does not control whether or how these third parties comply with Do Not Track requests.

Numerated may choose to buy or sell assets and may share and/or transfer customer information in connection with the evaluation of and entry into such transactions.  If Numerated (or Numerated’s assets) are acquired, or if Numerated goes out of business, enters bankruptcy or goes through some other change of control, personal data could be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.

Numerated reserves the right to access, read, preserve and disclose any information that Numerated reasonably believes is necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or apply the Terms of Use (www.numerated.com/terms) and other agreements; or protect the rights, property or safety of Numerated, its employees, its users or others.

Access.

If you have any questions about updating your personal data that Numerated has on file, please contact Numerated at info@numerated.com.

Do Not Track Policy.

Your browser may offer you a "Do Not Track" option, which allows you to signal to operators of websites and web applications and services (including behavioral advertising services) that you do not wish such operators to track certain of your online activities, over time and across different websites.  Do Not Track signals are set on a browser-by-browser basis, so you must set them on every browser you use if you do not wish to be tracked.

At this time, Numerated does not track your online activities outside of our Website.  Therefore, setting or releasing your Do Not Track signal will not affect how our Website operates.

For clarity, this is just Numerated's Do Not Track Policy.  Numerated cannot and does not make any promises about how third parties react when you set Do Not Track signals on your browser.  In addition, the Do Not Track signal does not impact the use of information collected prior to such request.

California Residents.

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 ("Shine the Light" law), California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services from Numerated are entitled to request and obtain (once per calendar year) information about the customer information Numerated shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses.  If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which Numerated shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2017 will receive information regarding 2016 sharing activities). If you are a California resident and would like a copy of this information, please submit a written request to:

Once Numerated receives your information, it will make reasonable efforts to ensure its security on Numerated's systems.

Numerated reserves the right to use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your personal data after you update or delete it, but never in a manner that would identify you personally.
